Experiment: What material will keep ice lollies the coolest?

We learned about heat and did an experiment. We looked at a video from the national geographic about penguins. They were huddling together to keep warm. we also looked at what clothes we wear in the summer and winter. We did an experiment with ice cubes and different materials including newspaper, bubble wrap and tinfoil. We tested which ice cube melted first and used the interactive whiteboard timer to calculate.

Science

We learned about floating and sinking.
